The core idea of NS-STEEL 1989 was to enter the market with a new quality product after 30 years of tradition in industrial production.
An expert team of engineers worked on the machine design. We use proven components and the finest materials, and the software was built to our requirements and practical experience in cleaning filters and catalysts.
The main goal was to produce a machine that can succeed on the world market through its performance, simplicity and proven method.
This method ensures effective cleaning and restores the function of DPF filters and catalysts to factory values. Very importantly, it does not damage the filter.

Cleaning procedure
- Visual inspection: the condition of the filter is checked first.
- Video inspection: channels are checked with an endoscope camera.
- Software reading: the software reads the level of soiling.
- Printed test: the results appear on the printed test.
- Cleaning: the DPF/FAP filter and catalyst are cleaned with a suitable agent.
- Pre-drying and drying: the filter is pre-dried and effectively dried for 30 minutes.
- Final control: the results are read once more before the end.
- Packing and delivery: the filter is packed and returned to its owner.
The machine is in the industrial class and holds the required certificates. It offers high reliability and a daily washing and drying capacity.
The new machine series comes with a 2-year warranty.
